RMHC Richmond Van Campaign 2019
As a local non-profit, RMHC Richmond is fueled by Richmond community members who believe that sick and critically-ill children have access to the medical attention they need alongside their loved-ones; and that families are better equipped caregivers when they have assistance with basic needs and know that there is a community of support behind them.
RMHC Richmond’s current, sole vehicle is in poor physical condition and must be decommissioned. Families are referred to the House from all ten area hospitals and medical facilities – and we provide vital transportation to all – with over 650 trips in 2018 alone. We need a new vehicle urgently.
Please join our group of committed community sponsors and help us reach our goal of $50,000 for the purchase, insurance, care and branding of a 7-passenger van to transport families to their children’s bedsides.
Make a difference in the lives of hundreds of families annually and qualify for recognition in the RMHC Richmond 2020 Annual Report, on a presentation slide at the Red Shoe Rendezvous gala, in a press release about van purchase shared with local media outlets, and for listing on the vehicle wrap.
