Since 1980, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Richmond has been providing a home away from home for families with children receiving medical treatment in Richmond, VA. Fundraisers such as the Red Shoe Rendezvous have made it possible for thousands of families to call this House their home during the most challenging time of their lives. In support of the moms, dads, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, and grandparents who use the House, we hope you will join us for our largest fundraiser of year, the Red Shoe Rendezvous. This two day event will kick off with a silent and live auction at The Westin Richmond on Monday, September 23rd. Golfers will take to the green at Hunting Hawk Golf Course for the golf tournament on Tuesday, September 24th. This event has been fueled by the generosity of the Richmond and McDonald's communities as a way to join forces in the ever important mission to support families in need. Please mark your calendars for September 23rd & 24th, 2013. We are pleased to announce the 2013 Red Shoe Rendezvous Art Sponsor: Unique artwork has been donated by the teachers of Spirited Art under the theme "Hearts and Hands." These pieces will be on display and for sale on Monday night. New this year! A one of a kind piece of artwork will be created with the help of each auction attendee and then sold as a part of the Live Auction.
